Escalante Petrified Forest State Park

Wide Hollow Reservoir is being drained in preparation for reconstruction of the dam. The project is scheduled to begin in late fall of 2009. No fishing, swimming, or boating is currently available at the reservoir. Recreational use of the reservoir for fishing, swimming and boating will not be available in 2010.
