INTERNET RESERVATION HELP

In the unlikely event of a malfunction with Internet reservations through ReserveAmerica, below are possible solutions:

Cannot access the web pages or your browser "times out" when accessing the reservations site: Internet traffic is heavy or the site is temporarily down. Sometimes a page refresh or reload will work. Otherwise, try again later. If you are well into the reservation process and you are interrupted by a freeze-up or other software or web error. The system will hold the items in your cart for 15 minutes, if you have a malfunction or error occur, please wait 15 minutes for your preferred site to be released and try your transaction again. You have a problem signing up as a "First Time Customer": If you get kicked out to the "First Time Customer - Create a Profile Page," your system may not be accepting "cookies." If this is the case, make sure your browser is set to accept cookies. Make sure you are not running a filtering and blocking software package that also filters cookies. You have a problem with your online login or password:  To reset your password or for login problems please email ao.customerhelp@activenetwork.com

You have not received your Email Confirmation: If you do not receive an email confirmation letter 24 hours after your reservation was made there may have been a problem processing your credit card, or a problem with your email address.  Please call 800-322-3770 or 322-3770 in the Salt Lake City area to check the status of your reservation.
